FAQ’s

Still curious? We got you. Here are the questions we hear all the time, starting with the one you’re probably thinking right now.

Results & Recruiting

We guessed this would be your first question. The short answer is no, because no one can – or should – guarantee that. The real answer is that what we can do… what we will do… is give you the tools, strategy, and personal brand that help you stand out, be seen by the right coaches, and feel confident in the process.

There’s no single timeline. It depends on your sport, position, academic profile, and the recruiting needs of each program. Some athletes commit early in their junior year, while others don’t decide until senior year. Our goal is to give you the tools, strategy, and exposure so that when the right opportunity comes, you’re ready to say yes with confidence.

The earlier the better. Freshmen and sophomores get the longest runway to build their profile and relationships with coaches. Juniors and even seniors can still see big benefits when we focus on key milestones quickly

Money & Value

Everything: your branding (website, flier, social media graphics), your mentorship hours, your recruiting strategy sessions, and updates throughout the year. If you renew for another year, we refresh everything again; new graphics, updated flier, site tweaks, and continued mentorship. If you don’t renew, you keep what we already built, but updates and ongoing coaching stop at the end of your paid year.

To keep things simple and transparent. No subscriptions, no surprise add-ons, just one clear payment that covers your full year of branding and mentorship.

No. Our services are personalized, comprehensive, and designed to deliver full value from the start. Once we begin, your package is reserved and in motion just for you.

If you commit during your final contracted year, there’s no refund because if you’re committed, we’ve done our job. Your fee covers the full scope of services for that year.

However, if you’ve purchased a multi-year package and commit before your final year begins, we’ll consider refunding that unused year once you provide proof of commitment.

Yes. You can renew year by year or lock in a discounted multi-year package when you start. Once you join, your rate stays the same for as long as you’re with us, even if prices go up for new clients.

Process & Involvement

Absolutely. We’ll tailor your plan so it focuses on the most important recruiting steps for your timeline. You’ll still get full branding and mentorship, just streamlined to make the most of the time you have before graduation.

Yes, you can. The first few weeks are a little front-loaded: expect around 6 hours total between your self-assessment form, your initial mentoring sessions with Jeff, and two short branding meetings with Carlos (about 30 minutes each). After that, most athletes spend about 2–3 hours a month on updates, action items, and check-ins.

We’ve designed the process to fit into your busy schedule, but accountability matters; the effort you put in directly shapes the results you’ll get.

Yes, if you’d like us to. We can work directly with your club and school coaches to align communication, keep them updated, and make sure everyone’s on the same page. If you’d rather keep it between us, that’s okay too. You’re always in control of who’s involved.

Absolutely. But we encourage athletes to take the lead in communication and decision-making. Parents are part of the team, but the athletes drive the process.

Support & Tech

Not at all. We train you (and your parents, if you want) on how to update your site, profile, and videos. Plus, we’re just an email away if you get stuck.

That’s part of what we help you figure out. Through assessments and conversation, we’ll identify schools that fit your academic, athletic, and personal goals.

While we don’t create highlight videos, we will guide you through exactly what coaches want to see and what to avoid. From the clips you choose to the order, length, and format, we’ll help you create a video that coaches actually watch.

Video is one of the top tools college coaches rely on when deciding whether to recruit an athlete, especially early in the process when they can’t see you in person. If you don’t have any footage yet, we’ll help you create a plan to start collecting it.

Scope

We work with athletes in all sports that have a college recruiting pathway. The mentorship principles apply across the board, and the branding is tailored to you. Whether you’re clearing the bar in high jump, finishing a swing with perfect form, or sprinting to the finish line, we’ll showcase your strengths in a way that gets noticed.

Absolutely. Your website, flier, and social media graphics can also be used for club tryouts, scholarship applications, job interviews, and more.
